My husband and I are renting a 3 bedroom condo at Margate or Royale Palms thru VRBO or Homeaway.
Our firends want to come but they only need a 1 bedroom. Of course, they want to rent through an owner also. Are there any smaller 1 bedroom units in any of the buildings in KP?
Kingston Planatation - any buildings with 1bedroom units?
Royale Palms, between Kingston and Hilton, has many units that have 1 bedroom lock outs. They include a mini fridge, microwave, dishes and utensils. They have oceanview and are beautiful. I found one http://www.vrbo.com/1786.
I would also suggest contacting the person you are renting from and asking them if they know of any 1 BR. Homeowners are often friends with other homeowners.
