Pools in Surfside?

I will be vacationing in Surfside this June in a house near the ocean. However, this house does not have a pool. Does anyone know of a resort or other place in Surfside that allows guests to use their pool for a fee? I am not interested in going to a water park...just want a pool. All input is appreciated!

Call Plantation Resort and ask....1-800-845-5039...they may want you to take a timeshare look for 1.5 hours for use of the pool or not allow it at all???

Most of the rental houses in Surfside do have private pools. If it%26#39;s not too late, why don%26#39;t you try to switch over to one of these.

Thanks for the input! I may need to look into another house

I would consider it. Even though the ocean is in your backyard, we%26#39;ve been in MB when there were high bacteria warnings!

What do you mean by high bacteria warning? I have never heard of this.

Not speaking for the other user, but sometimes the city posts warning signs on the beach that the water contains high levels of bacteria. Not sure what%26#39;s causing this, but I%26#39;ve seen it before. Hopefully someone knows where this bacteria is coming from. I%26#39;m kind of concerned that the beach renourishment project may stir up even more in the water, but then again it may cut down on the amount.

Ran across this site about bacteria in the water:

I agree with lovestogo, it might not be to late to look for another house with a pool as long as you stay with the same rental company. Good luck and have a nice vacation.

Thanks!!
