I think this depends on the type you like whether it%26#39;s vinegar based, mustard based, or ketchup based. Personally, I like Ward%26#39;s BBQ in Sumter, SC as it%26#39;s consistently good, lots of it, good sides. It%26#39;s a ketchup and vinegar type sauce. Of course, I make a pretty good BBQ hash at home using a pork tenderloin and my crockpot.
