We%26#39;re Myrtle Beach veterans, and spend most of our evenings going out to dinner and then mini-golf with our kids and a beach walk.
However, every year we ';splurge'; and have on evening out where we do something fun and expensive for the kids. What we%26#39;ve done in the past is this:
- Medieval Times
- Pelican%26#39;s Baseball - Box Seats
- Le Grande Cirque
We enjoyed each of those, and are looking for suggestions for other ideas that cost about the same (app $150 or less for the four of us for the evening). We have a 14-year old son, and an 8 year-old daughter.
Looking for some suggestions
Ripley%26#39;s Aquarium, Dixie Stampede, Par 3 golf at Tupelo Bay or Waccatee Zoo.

I don%26#39;t know much about it yet but they are opening Hard Rock Parks correct?
My kids always enjoys Family Kingdom and Dixie stampede.
I second the Hard Rock Park. I think that tickets are about $50 a person. I wouldn%26#39;t wait until the evening to go though...there%26#39;s supposed to be a lot to see and ride there and it will take the better part of the day.
Another suggestion is going on one of those riverboat sightseeing dinner cruises good for the whole family. I believe they have a pirate ghost story one that sounds like it might be fun.

Dixie stampede is an amazing show. Def. would suggest that. The new Hard Rock Theme Park is also going to be a great attraction. Always good to try something new. I don%26#39;t know if your into deep sea fishing but thats really fun.
The 8 year old may enjoy Magiquest, maybe even the 14 year old. We adults enjoyed Magiquest so much that we returned without my son to complete our adventures.
';Ripley%26#39;s Aquarium, Dixie Stampede, Par 3 golf at Tupelo Bay or Waccatee Zoo.';
Thanks for the suggestions, but we%26#39;ve done all of those, and I%26#39;m thinking of something a little bigger.
I hadn%26#39;t thought about the Hard Rock park, so that%26#39;s an excellend suggestion. I had no idea that they were open yet.
We%26#39;ve not been to the Dixie Stampede, either, so we should definitely put that on our list.
Thanks again to everyone who responded.
Oops. I guess I meant to say that we%26#39;ve done ';most'; of those, at I made it clear that we haven%26#39;t been to Dixie Stampede.
Thanks again for the suggestions.
